Overview

This line is a prismatic battery assembly line + an electrolyte filling line. Two cells (or four cells) are inserted to the can.
Process : stacked(or winded) cell loading , Ultrasonic welding, Mylar film forming(sub), Mylar film packaging, Can Inserting, Can cap laser welding, Inspection, 1st Vacuum electrolyte filling, 2nd filling, Ball Inserting,.
